Brief

The brief was to create an online platform to showcase their latest breakthrough in innovation, the HP Pavilion Elite m9000 Series Desktop PC; a high-end performance PC for digital entertainment, photography and mainstream gaming – with emphasis on its High-Definition (HD) capabilities.

The Idea

Rather than plainly dispense facts about the PC and its powerful specifications, we decided to create a website focusing on the inspiration behind the "masterpiece" that it is – the inspiration being the users themselves; that would, in effect, sell the experience of owning one.

As such, we created a story behind the “masterpiece”; essentially a narrative of the PC’s many different benefits, facets and features while visually symbolising them using the same, simple elements like nuts and bolts artistically coming together in different ways to form the final package.
