Singapore Tourism Board (STB) wanted a microsite which would let its visitors see Singapore differently, something to set it apart from the typical imagery they would find on the main STB website. Knowing how Singaporeans and tourists alike love taking photos and videos, we created a site mashup which leveraged Google Maps, YouTube and Flickr. Using tags to identify the relevant media, the site pulls in the latest videos and photos of over a hundred places of interest around Singapore, letting visitors see the island through the eyes of others, and with an endless, ever-changing stream of visual perspectives.
